With extensive experience managing several cha chaan teng in Australia, he has mastered his craft in classic dishes and the traditional techniques of Hong Kong-style roasted meats. At Peninsula HK Cafe, we artfully blend true Hong Kong flavors with premium local Australian ingredients, presenting them in a refined and innovative manner.
